Okay, so here's the deal:
Depending on the project size, we generally present you with a project-based fee for the proposed work. For fee-based projects, our usual terms look like this:
(Please note that this standard payment plan is designed to make our services more affordable by spreading out payments over time. If you would prefer to pay your entire project fee in advance, we probably won't argue with you.)
Smaller projects may be billed at our blended hourly rate ($120.00 per hour as of November 21, 2008). "Blended" means that we charge the same rate for all types of services we provide - graphic design, database architecture, programming, writing, consulting, etc.
We'll send you electronic copies of invoices (PDFs) to remind you when payments are due. We accept all major credit cards as well as check payments.
Changes in project scope will usually result in changes to the budget and timeline. We reserve the right to provide an adjusted project budget for all products, services, and functionality not accounted for in original project documentation.
Subsequent updates to your website or application after project completion may be billed under our fee-based terms or at our hourly rate, depending upon project size. If you foresee a number of ongoing site changes, check out our Service Plan.
Of course, you may cancel or postpone your project at any time (in writing, please). If you choose to cancel your project, you will be responsible for expenses and development fees through the date of cancellation.
Upon final payment, the work we do belongs to you. Although we're confident you'll stick with us, you may hire anyone you'd like to make future changes to your website.
You may host your site with whatever provider you choose, so long as the web host meets basic technical requirements.
littlegreencube does reserve the right to reuse any portion of the programming code we write on future projects.

We're happy to accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover cards.
Our hosting products have free setup and no minimum contract length. We provide discounts for advanced payment, and we do not provide refunds for payments made.
We're proud of our work. A great deal of our new business comes from referrals from our clients, and our best marketing tools are the sites we build. For this reason, we require a small credit line at the bottom of every project we build.
It's no big thing - just at 16x16 pixel graphic somewhere down at the bottom of your site (that's about 1/5th of an inch). We'll use typography and colors designed to match the rest of your site, so it won't call attention away from your message. Check out our portfolio to see some examples of our credit lines.
